Cancellation policy

Because Debbie travels to you and reserves time for every appointment, we kindly ask for notice if your plans change.

Rearranging or cancelling

Please give at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange. This lets the slot be offered to another client. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may affect future bookings.

Consultations

Consultations are free and there is no obligation to book a treatment afterwards. If you change your mind, just let Debbie know.

Your health comes first

If you become unwell, develop a cold sore, skin infection or irritation in the treatment area, or start new medication before your appointment, please get in touch. It may be safest to rearrange, and you will never be pressured to go ahead.

If Debbie needs to rearrange

Occasionally, illness or travel problems may mean Debbie has to move an appointment. She will contact you as early as possible to agree a new time.
