Privacy policy

DC Aesthetics is run by Debbie Collins, a mobile aesthetics practitioner on the Wirral. This page explains what information is collected through this website and how it is used, in line with UK data protection law (UK GDPR).

What we collect

When you request a consultation, we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode, the treatment you are interested in, your preferred times and any notes you choose to add. We do not ask for medical history through this website; that is discussed privately at your consultation.

How we use it

Your details are used only to contact you about your consultation and any appointment you choose to book. The legal basis is your request for us to get in touch. We never sell your data or use it for marketing without your permission.

How it is stored

Requests are stored securely with access limited to DC Aesthetics. Details are kept only for as long as needed to arrange and support your care, and you can ask for them to be deleted at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how it is used. If you are unhappy with how your data is handled, you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

To make a request or ask a question, contact Debbie on 07737 337552 or debbiecollins2106@hotmail.com.
